At ImagineKids.studio, we strive to provide the highest quality AI-generated portraits. However, we understand that there might be circumstances where a refund is warranted.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase
  • No jobs in the order have been completed
  • Technical issues prevented the service from working as intended
  • The service was not accessible due to system errors

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After the 7-day refund window has expired
  • If any jobs in the order have been successfully completed
  • If you've already downloaded or received the generated images
  • If you simply changed your mind about the service
  • If you provided incorrect information during the order process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the order you wish to refund
  4. Click the "Request Refund" button
  5. Provide a detailed reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

Processing Time

If your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider or bank.
